Dimensions of the sample: from 10x10 cm to 30x30 cm.
Terrazzo is made using natural stone and colored glass, so the color of the filler depends on the materials chosen.
We will make a terrazzo sample for you, as close as possible to the design project.
The main differ between already made textures from customized developing of a sample is in its cost and terms.
Textures from the catalogue cost less, because we produce it using already existed receipt and well-established technology. It will take more time to develop a custom formulation due to the preparation and approval of technical specifications, the elaboration of sketches and interim approvals.
If you need it in short terms - we recommend you to choose one of already made textures from our catalogue. But if you need custom made unique design – write to us using what’s app us more about your requests and we will start work on it.
The products are packaged at the factory in rigid shipping containers (wooden crates or frame structures).
Depending on the dimensions of the product, the packaging material is selected.
Depending on the volume and weight, the products are delivered in a van, truck, or rigid metal container.
If you have a freight elevator, then after unloading the car, the tile is delivered to the floor by a dump If the size and load capacity of the elevator are not provided for the dimensions of the cargo, then the products are manually lifted up the stairs.
A crane, loader, and a vehicle with a hydroboard are selected depending on the products, dimensions, bodywork, and site conditions.
The plates are installed on a prepared base, according to our technical specifications.

It’s important to follow our recommendations and demands in preparation of footing for installation.

1. When the work is completed, the terrazzo is treated with moisture–resistant and dirt-repellent agents - a crystallizer and a hydrophobizer. It is recommended to update the floors once a year in residential areas and 2-3 times a year in commercial areas, depending on traffic or wear of the protective film. Walls and other vertical surfaces are updated every 5-10 years. In wet areas (pool side, shower or bathtub), it is necessary to update the product 1-2 times a year.
2. Protect the terrazzo from prolonged exposure to acids such as wine, lemon or vinegar. In case of contact with drops, it is necessary to immediately wash the material with a soapy solution.
3. In case of severe damage, such as chips or deep scratches, the material can be repaired by a special team.
The service life of terrazzo is up to 100 years and more with a properly prepared base
Terrazzo can be used outdoors. The material can withstand temperature fluctuations and loads. The frost resistance grade is at least F 100.Technical specifications

The difference between real terrazzo and porcelain stoneware with ornamental print is in long service life and maintainability.
Terrazzo is a durable, versatile material that consists of a mixture of natural stones and cement. It has high wear resistance. Once laid, the terrazzo coating will last for 100 years or more, requiring only periodic polishing and the application of protective agents
And porcelain stoneware with a stone or terrazzo pattern is a clay slab with a photo print that cannot be restored or polished. If a piece of granite wears out after 3-5 years, you will have to look for identical slabs that can be discontinued.
When the terrazzo is worn out, the installation team can repair the material on site using colored stones and a repair mix.
